Our client, a nationally recognised therapy services provider, is seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioners to join their vibrant South West Sydney team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and Planning: Work with NDIS participants and their support networks to assess needs and develop individualised, person-centred plans.
• Support Plan Delivery: Implement evidence-based support plans, focusing on positive Behaviour Support frameworks and reducing restrictive practices.
• Goal Setting: Assist participants in developing meaningful goals and practical strategies, both in-home and community settings.
• Advocacy and Role Modelling: Act as a best practice advocate and model within the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team to enhance participant outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current Suitability: Confirmation by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Core or Provisional level.
• Educational Background: Preferably a degree in allied health or related fields.
• Skills: Strong report writing, time management, and organisational capabilities.
• Passion for Disability Sector: A genuine interest and proactive attitude towards improving lives in the disability sector.
