This thriving NFP are now looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience working with adult clients.
Salary of $70,000 - $95,000 + super + salary packaging + car allowance based on qualifications and experience

You will Provide specialist functional behavioural assessments to patients with a disability, including those who do not use speech to communicate and those with severe and profound disability. This includes the development of case formulation to inform the provision of positive Behaviour Support strategies.
About the role:
- Maintain a caseload of NDIS clients and ensure Behaviour Support reports/ assessments to be completed within specified time frames.
- Plan, implement and evaluate services and service user engagement strategies ensuring that services are of a high quality and service user choice, control and flexibility is maximized.
- Provide psychological and Behaviour Support services to school aged children, young people and adults with a disability, their families and carers
- Collaborate with other clinical disciplines in the development and delivery of therapeutic interventions
- Support the philosophy of person centered practice and engage in collaborative, holistic goal setting
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and standards impacting on the delivery of services to people with a disability, including the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Be part of a dedicated, passionate and collaborative leadership team
- Salary $70,000 - $95,000+ super + salary packaging
- $6,000 per annum car allowance
- $3,000 Professional development allowance & 2 week leave per year

- Supervision and support from experienced leadership team
- APHRA Registered or Provisional Psychologist or BA of Social Work equivalent
- BSP -NDIS - Level 2 - Core/Proficient/Advanced level preferred
- Experience as Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Flexibility in work hours may be necessary and some travel
- Drivers licence required and car for work
- Able to obtain a clean Working With Children Check and Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
