The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
Crown Metropol, the largest hotel in Melbourne with 658 rooms is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Greet guests and visitors on their arrival and departure,
- Deliver, collect, and store luggage, explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles.
- Maintaining impeccable customer service standards with a Premium Hotel.
You'll bring the following:
- An unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to shifts across a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.
