Homestart are a leading South Australian home loan provider, supporting over 81,000 South Australia's make their home ownership dream a reality.
Reporting directly into the CFO, you will responsible for taking the business through a period of significant growth around their data and business intelligence capabilities.
Leading a small team, you will have experience of developing and nurturing internal talent, whilst supporting non direct reports on a variety of business critical projects.
You will be integral to the implementation of a new cloud based data warehouse, working with both internal and external stakeholders in the design and architecture of the chosen product.
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of a greenfield cloud data warehouse
- Work closely with a number of external vendors on securing a suitable platform for the next phase of the cloud migration
- Experience of Microsoft Business Intelligence stack - SSIS / SSRS/ SQL/ PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to motivate others and lead a small team of technical individuals
- Work closely with a range of teams and departments internally to create a cohesive and agreeable solution
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a management role
- Hands on technical Business Intelligence experience - working within a range of products
- Experience of managing internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience of a cloud Data Warehouse implementation would be advantageous
- Self Motivated with excellent comms
