The Role:
Joe Wagner Group is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team. This role would suit an experienced person who has a proven track record working in the delivery of tender submissions.
You will be working with the Estimating team to coordinate the bids from start to finish. This includes overseeing contracts methodologies as well as writing, formatting, and liaising with internal teams to ensure the deadlines are met.
This position is full-time at our Toowoomba office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Tender/Submissions/Bid Coordination role,
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills, and
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with our Estimating team to collate and submit tenders,
- Complete Prequalification & Expression of Interest (EOI) documents,
- Be the champion of our Tender Register, keeping it up-to-date and current,
- Review procurement sites, download & store tender documents, and
- Maintain company records relevant to tenders/submissions/prequalifications.
