What you'll be doing:
- Oversee tender stage workflow and ensure smooth management
- Adapt work processes to align with tender requirements
- Collaborate with estimator and delivery team for project costing coordination
- Prepare contract review extracts for effective evaluation
- Research and compile tender-specific information
- Act as client liaison and primary contact throughout the tender period
- Maintain and organize tender submission database, including EOI's and capability statements
- Construction background with expertise in new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs preferred
- Proven experience in tender submissions
- Possess a strategic mindset and approach to tender/bid processes
- Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable, with proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, deadline-oriented, detail-focused, and adept at building professional relationships across various stakeholder levels
