 Reporting to the Bids and Contracts Manager, you are empowered, to create and control customer related content that provides clear, succinct and impactful explanations of our features and benefits for the customer. Key responsibilities include: Manage access and retrieval of content within the existing databases of customer-related documents within the content libraries (Expedience, Knowledge Hub and SharePoint) Maintain a program of reviewing content and proactively engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to revise, update and innovate content.
