Form of workTK Print is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Print Finishing operator for a full time position (Monday to Friday) looking for a new opportunity.
This position is ideally suited to someone who has experience in guillotining, folding and preferably has worked with other bindery equipment, such as a saddle stitching machine.
The list of skills the successful candidate will possess are:
- Work with Managers in the production of printed product
- Operate and maintain Folding & Guillotining machinery
- Examine job quality, ensuring speed of production and quality standards are met
- Standard Print Finishing including, padding, drilling and collating in readiness for dispatch as required.
- While the ability to operate a stitching line and cylinder is not essential, this will be favourable
- Proven experience in a similar role in the printing industry
- Have a strong work ethic and be able to work autonomously
- Ability to follow instructions and work to standard operating procedure
- Ability to manage complex workflows and prioritise work accordingly
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions to ensure consistency in printing processes and materials
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure efficient production workflows
