Supervise a small team with industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations in our state-of-the-art blast and paint facility in the Karratha LIA.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
- Day-to-day supervision, managing and coordination of your team
- Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Championing compliance with HSEQ requirements
- Quoting and budget tracking of jobs
- Industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations
- Protective coating applications

- Minimum NACE / CIP level 1
- Forklift ticket
- Construction white card
- Drivers licence
- Experience supervising blast and paint teams
- Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
