Board Secretary

Randstad is excited to offer a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced Board Secretary to join one of our long term client's on the Gold Coast. This is a rare opportunity to join an innovative and well known Queensland based company. You will provide support to all members of the legal team to effectively deliver the company’s high quality legal work.Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and preparing annual company reviews & insurance reviews
• General legal support
• Managing records of all signed agreements
• Preparing briefs, maintaining filing and archiving
• Assist with the delivery of projects
• End to end billing in accordance with policies and procedures
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake day to day administration functions of the company to ensure operations run smoothly

Ideally you will have:

• Previous legal experience highly desirable
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
• Proactiveness when assigned tasks, and and understanding of the importance of setting goals with responsibilities and timelines
• Excellent word processing and computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude and be a team player
• Ability and motivation to work well under pressure

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of going permanent.
