Boarding supervisor and RE teacher

Commencing for the 2024 academic year, the successful Boarding Supervisor will be one who can provide an inclusive and caring environment for students that upholds and REflects Catholic values, nurtures students as individuals, is supportive of their wellbeing and is conducive to study.

Essential Requirements 

• Commitment to the ethos and values of a Catholic boarding community 
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills 
• Effective interpersonal communication skills 
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build team capacity 
• A demonstrated understanding of the holistic needs of secondary students and how this impacts on all aspects of boarding 
• There is a 0.4FTE Religious Education teaching load with this role
