We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Body Corporate Cleaner to join the Arise Hotels and Apartments Team.Who we are

Duties and Responsibilities of the role is listed, but not limited to:Gerni usage (floors, walls etc);Vacuuming / mopping / sweeping;General pool maintenance including testing the pool chemical levels, changing pool filter;Changing bins;General repair maintenance;Unblocking bin chute blockages;General unit maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting broken appliances, fixing furniture that has come loose or has broken, fixing hinges, door handles, shower screens, towel rails, unblocking sinks and drains, etc; Assisting with moving furniture; and
Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager. What we need from you
