Job Description
We are looking to add another staff member to the ‘BAM’ family and are seeking a casualBody Repairer / Spray Painter / Fibreglasser to join our Paint and Panel team, working from our busy workshop in Slacks Creek.
The successful candidate will be a reliable, hardworking and driven individual, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high quality work.
The main job role for this position will be body repairs of jetskis, however from time to time will also include boats/motorcycle/quad/buggy repairs.
A full-time position may be offered to the right candidate.
Job Roles
- Structural and cosmetic fiberglass and gelcoat repairs
- Paint repairs and colour matching
- Hull fitting installation and repairs
- Mould making, sanding, buffing and detailing
- Confident in finishing repairs to a high standard
- Ability to produce quality work and deliver within job deadlines
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Must have an eye for detail and be motivated
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Have good organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with Yamaha/SeaDoo/Kawasaki is desirable.
- Car and Marine license a bonus.
