been operating for over 25 years on the Gold Coast. Our client has grown their business from the quality of their workmanship and also their ability to meet the client’s requirements with complex fabrications. With clients that range from the industrial, Civil, infrastructure and Theme Parks this role will see you work on a with range of fabrications.

The Role:
In this role you will play a key part in the fabrication team, you will be assigned to a team to assist with meeting the deadline of the project. This is an opportunity to join a company that encourages professional development and also has a great company culture.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate the structural steel components to ensure that they meet the client’s requirements and align with industry quality standards.
- Follow instructions and direction of the production supervisor
- Work as part of a team to ensure you are meeting client deadlines and delivering the project with high quality finishes.
- Ensure that you are working to the company workplace health and safety to limit the risk of injury to yourself and other team members

The ideal person will:
- Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Structural Steel Fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions.
- Experience in the use of hand and power tools, as well as machinery and equipment such as guillotines, punch and shear machines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
