Our company is continuously growing with 30 + team members. We are seeking another motivated Metal Fabricator Leading Hand (Boilermaker) who will fit within our dynamic team.

About the role
You will be required to:
- Undertake welding and fabrication work
- Be apart of a small team of metal fabricators
- Be flexible and undertake wide range of work, office and site duties
- Provide mechanical coverage for our clients on varying shifts (Dayshift, afternoon shift, and some nightshift)
- Work within a team environment
- Have a can-do attitude and passion for the industry

Skills and experience
- Trade Qualified - Boilermaker - Metal Fabricator
- Highly experienced in ARC, MIG and TIG.
- Experience in stainless steel welding.
- Experience in chute and pipe fabrication
- Driver's License
- Strong focus on safety
- Can do attitude
- Self motivated
- Fabricating, assembling and welding various metal components and structures
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- Great communication skills with peers and clients
- Able to use smart phone devices
During the interview process you will be asked a series of question in regards to your trade knowledge and experience. You also may be asked to perform practical tests. (Welding tests will be performed apart of the interview)
