Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair screens for water treatment plants and Oil&Gas plants according to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine job requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of welded joints and completed structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and accurate project completion.
- Document and report on work performed, including any issues or modifications needed.
- Proven experience as a Boilermaker in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication and welding tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in fabrication and welding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Trade Qualified
- $50-56.25PH + Penalties + Shift Allowance
