Work both in the workshop and on-site (in various locations), fabricating, stripping, cleaning, and rebuilding equipment. Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (40 hrs)
Key Duties
- Boilermaking
- Welding and fabrication
- General equipment maintenance
- Reading and understanding of mechanical and workshop drawing
- Complete jobs in a quick, efficient and accurate manner with high attention to detail
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area
About you
- Any post trade experience with mild steel, stainless and aluminium, mobile plant, industrial machinery, welding, oxy cutting, assembly and/of mechanical components, pipe work and valve fitting
- Hard working and positive attitude
- Good fault-finding & problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Have a driver’s licence, own reliable transport and tools
- Preferred White Card
- Preferred Working at Heights
- Preferred Confined Space
- Preferred Yellow Card
