This role is based at our Workshop at 5 Venture Way Pakenham.

The Role

We are looking for multiple people with proven experience in a workshop and some site environments. Successful candidates will be working alongside our team of skilled boilermakers and welders in our workshop in Pakenham. You will be reporting to the workshop supervisor, and you will be responsible for interpreting workshop drawings and determining the required material, production method, and sequence of operations to produce fabricated parts or repaired products, within our quality requirements. You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining measuring tools, power tools, and hand tools required to produce the fabricated or repaired parts.

Qualifications and experience

• Considerable experience in MIG, Tig and Stick welding
• Heavy Fabrication an advantage
• Ability to work alone or in a team enviroment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in operating equipment used in fabrication
• Current and valid driver's license
• Current forklift high-risk work licenses are an advantage
