Boilermaker/Sheetmetal Fabricator

Vsion Design Metal Fabrication is seeking quality Trades-persons with proven ability to deliver a high standard of quality workmanship.  You are likely to have at least 2 years' experience following on from your trade qualifications.  Vision Design Metal Fabrication now has two workshops with Architectural & Custom metal works in Bibra Lake and Structural Steel fabrication in Yangebup.

Available Positions :

• Bibra Lake Workshop - Boilermaker
• Bibra Lake Workshop - Sheetmetal Fabricator
• Yangebup Workshop - Boilermaker

Required experience in Steel Fabrication/Sheetmetal manufacturing as outlined below:

• MIG/TIG Welding of Carbon & Stainless-Steel fabrications essential, 
• Other TIG welding experience would be most beneficial.
• Manufacture all types of steel work from drawings or samples in various types of metal including Carbon Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
• Experience in all aspects of structural manufacture. Familiar with all welding processes, including, GMAW, GTAW and MMAW in all metal compositions Ferrous and Non-Ferrous.
• Familiar with all workshop equipment, machinery and operations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a multi resources team.
• Willingness to undertake multi skilled activities in all aspects of light and heavy fabrication, sheet metal and pipe fabrication.
• Perform non-trade tasks incidental to the work.
• Ability to monitor quality control procedures during welding process.
