SWIM SCHOOL BOOK KEEPING ASSISTANT

This role is based at our Mount Gravatt facility and will work closely with the Accounts Manager. 

Our accounts team are the heart of our business providing important services that keep our business running day to day. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a good knowledge of Xero and Microsoft programs and Book Keeping experience. You will assist our full time accounts manager for 10-15 hours per week ongoing with the opportunity to pick up extra hours when staff are on leave.

To be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following selection criteria:

Essential

• Experience in a Customer Service Position
• Strong Communication Skills
• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Positive Notice Blue Card
• Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
• Current CPR certificate
