Northwest Community Childcare is a Not for profit, Before and After School care provider, with our Head Office located in Rouse Hill.
Due to recent growth, we currently require an experienced Customer service specialist, to complement our existing, centralised Head Office Administration team. Some proven Debtor and/or collection skills would be an advantage but not essential.
You will have an attention to detail and a willingness to offer outstanding Customer service to our OSHC families, and internal “customers”, in a manner that demonstrates our ULTRA company values. The ability to be a team player is essential.
The role is Full time - 38 hours per week.
Initially hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with scope for flexibility regarding start and finish times, potential RDO’s, and some working from home hours for the right candidate, once training is complete.
Duties will include: -
- Answering the telephone and assisting with family queries.
- Responding to general customer queries via email.
- Coordinating enrolment offers.
- Assisting families to provide correct and complete enrolment information.
- Data Base management.
- Data Base and enrolment audit.
- Providing back-up support for staff on leave.
- Compassionate follow up of family debtors, in a manner that supports a family that might be experiencing financial turbulence.
- Assisting the Customer Service Supervisor and Business Manager with various daily tasks and projects as they arise.
The successful candidate will be passionate, positive, and flexible with a background in Customer service, and experience undertaken in an office environment.
Childcare industry experience and qualifications would be well regarded but are not essential.
You will have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and intermediate MS Office skills.
