The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our premium fine wine brands; Penny’s Hill Wines and Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa.
About the Position
As part of the Randall Wine Group finance team and reporting to our Group Accountant, the Bookkeeper/Payroll Officer position is focused on providing accurate and up to date financial information for our businesses and the day to day processing of payroll.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Processing payroll in partnership with our outsourced payroll provider
- Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Return to Work Assessments
- Ensure payroll compliance against the Wine Industry Award
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS preparation
- Billing and invoicing
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts receivable reporting and follow up
- Month end reconciliations and reporting
About You
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper that also has experience in end to end payroll processing. Ideally experienced with Xero and Employment Hero. Our ideal person will have an exemplary attention to detail, a customer service focus, be able to work as a team but equally able to work autonomously.
Experience working within the wine industry is an advantage but not essential.
