AddressWith 140 Stores across Australia and New Zealand, our client is the one stop shop for women's clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, shape and sports wear. They are a global leader in womens fashion and are seeking a strong leader to manage their Boutique in Lakeside Joondalup
As a Boutique Manager you will be required to meet and exceed sales budgets, meet company KPI's and train and motivate your amazing sales team. Within this role you will be the face of the store as your clientèle come in for your service. You must have the ability to build a strong rapport with your customers.
Should you be successful for this role, you will receive:
- Base salary of up to $61,000 + Super

- Tuesday - Saturday Roster

To be successful for this Women's Fashion Brand you possess the following:
- Have 2 - 3 years of retail Management experience, preferably with apparel
- Be able to deliver a personalised styling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in networking and hosting events is desirable
- Have high energy with a bubbly personality
- Have previously worked with Budgets and KPIs
- Experience managing a team of up to six
