You will take pride in upholding strong visual merchandising standards and ensuring that every customer experience is memorable.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Management experience, ideally in fashion apparel
• A keen eye for detail and a love of fashion styling
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and coach staff effectively
• An in-depth understanding of KPIs and financial reports
• A nurturing, individual, and caring approach to customers and the team
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• The ability to drive profitability through sales analysis and strategic planning
