YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Are you an experienced customer service operator looking for a chance to step up into a management role? Or maybe an experienced supervisor looking for a business they can build a career with?

We are on the hunt for aBranch 2IC to join our high performing ToowoombaQLD team in this full-time permanent position! This is a unique role that will see you supporting multiple areas within our branch, with a strong focus on both our Customer Care and Trade Store operations.

We have a learning and development program that will set you up to succeed from the beginning, and our supportive management will empower you to perfect your people and operations management skills and drive outstanding service for our growing customer base.

What your new role entails:

  • Supervise day to day operations of the Branch, focusing on the Trade Store/Customer Care, and Warehouse where required
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and promote a ‘customer first’ attitude
  • Drive employee development and ongoing training for areas of improvement
  • Identify and facilitate branch process improvements to ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
  • Collaborate with all local teams including Sales, VMI, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Head Office stakeholders
  • Manage Customer Care and Trade Store teams onboarding and paperwork, including payroll, leave requests and training
  • Maintain and focus on continually improving safety performance

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 3+ years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Previous supervisor or management experience highly regarded
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A ‘Customer First’ mentality, leading by example to drive customer service excellence
  • Resolution and results focussed, can prioritise and problem solve efficiently
  • Good computer skills and previous experience with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and exposure to industrial products an advantage
