As part of the Williams River Steel Group of Companies, AllGal Residential + Rural Steel Frame Buildings is a Leading Shed Construction Company. Due to expansion we require a full-time Branch Manager to run our West Gosford offices.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Based at West Gosford you will be spending your day driving our growth strategy for the region. This position has a high sales focus, you will be great communicator, well presented and motivated to achieve KPI's in this highly autonomous role. You will need to have an extensive knowledge of the building industry from conception of project, plans to council submission through to construction of buildings. You will have an ability to think on your feet, problem solve and adapt. You will also be taking inquiries for our parent company, Williams River Steel which specialises in Commercial & Industrial Buildings above 1,000m2
Our quoting software is computerised giving you the ability to provide quotes to your clients within the same day. You will also be required to conduct site visits with other contractors to provide a complete concept design and construction value.

- Base Salary (Based on experience)
- Commissions (Paid monthly)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Sales experience within the building & construction industry
Management, training and hiring employees
Competent computer skills- Microsoft office
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience dealing with client relationships
Team player and able to work with other contractors to provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
Current drivers Licence
