About the position:
This leadership role involves steering a multidisciplinary team towards outstanding return-to-work results through motivation, coaching, and the development of team capabilities in a collaborative environment. Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant allied health field (Physiotherapy, OT, EP, etc.)
- Full professional registration (AHPRA/ESSA/AASW/ASORC/RCAA)
- Proven experience in leadership within Occupational Rehabilitation or similar fields
- Current NSW Driver’s License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Our client offers an attractive remuneration package between $105,000 - $125,000 including generous bonuses and incentives, salary packaging options, and annual reviews.
