Due to an internal movement of our existing Branch Manager we are seeking a new Branch Manager to join our team located at our Western Sydney dealership in Jamisontown
Role Purpose
As the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations within the branch and to build customer relationships.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager & General Manager, you will be the person that provides the support to our internal staff and our customers to ensure continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Branch with a can-do attitude focusing on developing our existing team and developing our Parts and Service functions.
- Assisting customers inquiries ensuring a prompt resolution and exceptional experience
- Scheduling of workshop repairs, communication and job allocation.
- Provide Technical support to customers and internal staff
- Maintain stock levels and run stocktakes
- Assist in the creations of branch KPI's and Budgets and strategies to increase market share
- Review daily sales and purchases to ensure branch profitability is maximised
- Maintain the branch's Kubota 5 Star Rating
- Ensure the branch presentation represents our vision and growth plans
- Liase with Key Internal and External Stakeholders
Required Skills
- Technical Qualification in any relatable fields
- Experience with Excavators and/or Tractors is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Service Manager with a parts understanding would be highly desirable
