About the Role
We are looking for a Sydney Manager to oversee the daily operations of our newly opened off-site Sydney Airport Branch of Everything Fleet.
Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time position requires managing customer service, reservations, and fleet efficiency.
You will work a rotating roster, Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, with flexibility to work additional hours, including public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations, mentoring a small team.
- Manage a fleet of trucks and overflow cars located 5-10 minutes from the branch.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Complete subscription and rental agreements, validate documents, process payments.
- Sell/upsell subscription and rental products.
- Ensure optimal vehicle utilisation and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, WH&S, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in the car/truck rental or subscription industry.
- Proven experience managing and leading a small team.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transport.
- Full work rights in Australia and a valid police check (within the last 6 months).
