In this position you'll be selling the best product in the "WORLD" - FITNESS.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.
As a Membership Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team targets, as set out by the Directors and Managers.
To be successful you must:
- Have a hunger for sales, & striving to exceed KPI's
- Experience in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreach
- Experience in working to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy helping people start their goals
- Be seeking full time work and able to work weekends
- Be flexible with work hours and accommodating to a rotating roster
- Be able to work alone as well as in a team environment
