This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Strategist with a strong market research background.
You will work directly with founders, business leaders and executives to deliver clever insightful ideas and solve big brand challenges.
The agency has successfully developed and implemented strategies for start-ups through to some of Australia’s best known brands. Your clients are typically in the services and B2B sectors - their products and services often at the cutting edge of change and can at times be complicated and technical in nature.
This is where you'll shine - cutting through the complexity to deliver implementable strategies that drive business growth.
The work covers brand positioning, value propositions, naming, brand architecture, key messaging, quant & qual research, communication strategies and creative briefing.
Key requirements:-
Diagnose strategic issues on behalf of clients
Design and recommend an appropriate process to solve diagnosed strategic issues
Design and undertake cost-effective desk/original research processes
Design and lead effective workshops
Provide strategic input throughout the client lifecycle
Your ability to map customer journeys, funnels and design customer experience processes is also a key requirement. As well as experience in defining key audiences, segmentations, stakeholder cohorts and mindsets.
Whilst this is a Brand Strategist position, my client would also consider an experienced Market Researcher, that is looking to apply their learnings in a strategic capacity with the support and mentorship of a Strategic Director.
Experience:
Degree qualified in communications or market research
Proven experience developing strategies and conducting research
Creative or design agency background (desirable)
Superior knowledge of brand and marketing concepts
Understanding of business concepts
