About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Brand & Trade Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of the Trendline Group brand strategy and activation, including responsibility for brand positioning, content, brand assets, Trade Marketing, innovation & campaign development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of branded content and partners brand marketing agencies.
- Ownership of the activity calendar and partner with the Digital Manager on execution via PPC, paid media, and website delivery.
- Development and management of the annual brand plan and accountability for brand positioning, standards, and assets.
- Support the Innovation Director to deliver NPD stage gate process and successful product launches and range rationalisation process.
- Support the Sales team with delivery of in-market activity and support key customers with marketing initiatives.
- Development of campaign content and activity.
- Support the eCommerce Manager on branded assets and delivering the customer experience.
About You
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in brand management / marketing roles - preferred B2B or consumer goods.
- Experience in product management and innovation.
- Demonstrated history in brand building and go-to-market activation.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong alignment with the Trendline values - Humble, Hungry, Smart - including being a team player!
