Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for motivated Casual Bridal Jewellery Consultant's to join our Sydney team. 

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for couples as they embark on the journey of discovering their dream rings.

You'll be responsible for conducting intimate by-appointment-only consultations. These consultations serve as an exciting one-of-a-kind experience for individuals or couples to discover our range, understand our process and begin the journey to co-creating their forever rings.

We are looking for motivated individuals with previous retail experience who will help support the exclusive in-store experience we offer.

Hours: There are three casual position's to fill, 9:00am-5:00pm. The role's range between 10-30 hours per week. Availability on Friday's and Saturday's is essential.

Location: This position will be based at our Paddington Showroom in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities 
 

• Provide a supportive, personalised environment for our customers during each consultation. Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported throughout their ring journey.
• Work towards sales conversions in store as well as providing detailed handover to allow for client follow-up.
• Maintain the showroom’s presentation and visual merchandising.
• Providing support to the management team in the day-to-day running of the showroom.
• Answering the showroom phone, supporting customers with their queries.
• When required, responding to relevant email inquiries, ensuring all communication with our clients is thoughtful and memorable.
• Learn and communicate extensive knowledge of moissanite, laboratory diamonds and Bridal Jewellery to our customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous retail store experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Proven success in achieving KPI’s
• Visual merchandising experience (advantageous but not essential) 
• A growth mindset & positive attitude 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to following systems and processes
• The ability to multi-task
• Meticulous attention to detail with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• The ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent data analysis skills
• A high level of computer literacy and POS competence
• Confident working autonomously
• General Jewellery industry and / or moissanite knowledge (highly advantageous but no essential).
• Experience in customer service (luxury customer service is favourable)
• Eagerness to learn and develop
