Bridge Carpenter - Wagga Wagga - Government

APG is currently seeking and experienced Bridge Carpenter for a 3-month assignment within a Wagga Wagga Government Department.

• Job: Bridge Carpenter
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: period of 3 months. Could be potential for extension.
• Location: Wagga Wagga
• Pay Rate to candidate: $46.74 per hour + Super + Allowances 
• Hours of work: 8.5 hours per day, 76 per fortnight.
• Work Structure: 9 day fortnight

• The role safely carries out all carpentry trade activities and other duties relevant to maintaining bridges and drainage structures.

• Relevant industry experience.
• At least 12 months experience in a Construction Carpenter Grade 1 or equivalent experience in bridge maintenance and construction
• Possession of Construction Industry Certification (White Card).
• Carpentry Licence/Trade Certificate – Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted NSW motor vehicle driver’s license.
• Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as directed.
• Have current WOF ticket or willing to obtain before starting (Online Induction 30 minutes)
• Able to work away as this role requires 90% of time camping away.
