MGA Insurance Brokers is a leading General Insurance Broker to rural and commercial clients throughout South Australia and other major capital cities, and are seeking a Broker Assistant to join the thriving brokerage in Naracoorte, located in the South East region of South Australia. Duties will include:
- Co-ordinate and ensure timely responses to client and insurer enquires.
- Processing of renewals
- Support to client service managers
- Recording and ongoing management of claims
- General administrative tasks and office duties.
Requirements for the role include:
- Previous Insurance experience is preferable but not essential.
- Professional outlook with good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office ( especially in Excel )
- Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail and highly organised.
- Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal clients and stakeholders.
