BROKER ASSISTANT POSITION
A new opportunity has become available for an experienced, professional and motivated Broker Assistant.
Located in the Dulwich office, we are seeking a Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team.
We are open to flexible hours and working days for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
- Arranging quotations, new business, endorsements and renewals for all classes of General Insurance;
- Providing support to Senior Brokers within the team;
- Client correspondence and liaising with underwriters;
- Claims administration;
- Responding to enquiries and requests as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Tier 1 or 2 qualifications essential;
- Proven experience in commercial & domestic insurance;
- Solid time management skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- CBS system is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience required for this role
