BROKER ASSISTANT POSITION

A new opportunity has become available for an experienced, professional and motivated Broker Assistant.

Located in the Dulwich office, we are seeking a Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We are open to flexible hours and working days for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
  • Arranging quotations, new business, endorsements and renewals for all classes of General Insurance;
  • Providing support to Senior Brokers within the team;
  • Client correspondence and liaising with underwriters;
  • Claims administration;
  • Responding to enquiries and requests as required.

Selection Criteria: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Tier 1 or 2 qualifications essential;
  • Proven experience in commercial & domestic insurance;
  • Solid time management skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; 
  • CBS system is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years experience required for this role
