Broker Support

As Broker Support, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our clients and ensuring a seamless insurance experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert guidance on insurance products. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a genuine interest in helping others navigate the complexities of insurance.
The Role

• Support brokers in processing insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals
• Assist brokers in managing client relationships
• Respond to client inquiries
• Work closely with brokerage team to coordinate client meetings, and contribute to overall success of the team
• General administration and customer service support

• 3+ years experience in domestic insurance, in a customer support / servicing role
