We are on the hunt for our next superstar Brow Queen to join our friendly team of Brow and Skin specialists at our clinic located in Upper Coomera, just off the M1. We are a small team of Beauty Therapists who love nothing more than helping our clients achieve their Brow and Skin goals!
About you:
- Love creating dream brows for clients on a daily basis
- Must hold a minimum Cert III in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent certificates)
- Available to work Saturdays and at least 1 evening a week (hours negotiable)
- Ideally have 1 year salon experience, but not essential
- Confident in Brow Shaping, Tinting, Waxing
- Cosmetic Tattoo, Lamination, Hybrid/Henna, Lash Lifts, Lash Extensions & Spray Tanning (ideal, but not essential)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Open to learning and developing new skills
- Team player with excellent customer service skills.
About the role:
- Perform high quality Beauty Services including Waxing, Tinting, Shaping and Laminating Lashes and Brows
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand and tailor each service based on the individual needs of the clients
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Award wages + bonuses. Above award rates will apply, based on performance
- Casual role to begin (approx 15-25 hours), with the possibility of becoming permanent after probation period
