The Role
The Integration Team within the Digital Services Division is searching for a Building Analytics Implementation Engineer to play a crucial role in onboarding customers' build data to our Intelligent Maintenance (IM) Platform.
The Building Analytics Implementation Engineer will take ownership of the entire onboarding/modelling life cycle, undertaking activities including the following:
- Planning inclusive of collecting information such as functional descriptions, mechanical layouts, and other sources of information to help you construct accurate data models.
- Onboarding & Modelling data in the IM platform.
- Tuning data models to maintain Analytics/FDD efficacy.
- Documenting onboarding projects.
- Maintaining models and monitoring data quality.
Key Competencies
- You have an excellent understanding of the central plant HVAC systems, DDC/BMS, and EMSs.
- You have a background in engineering and previous experience working with Building Analytics/FDD technology and semantic data models in a similar role.
- You have knowledge and understanding of computer network configurations.
- You can work collaboratively with a variety of internal/external stakeholders.
- You will have an edge if you're experienced in Project Haystack.
- You have knowledge and understanding of computer network configurations.

- Able to travel interstate if required, with expected travel to range from zero to one week per month.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You will have a high attention to detail.
- Located or willing to move to the Eastern Seaboard (Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Tasmania).
- Be willing to undergo a national police background check.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
