Building Auditor
Our client is a long standing Australian company and industry leader in the building consultancy/asset management field. They provide independent compliance, risk and conditioning auditing services. Our client specialises in safety measures, facilities management and building and asset operational services.
Due to recently awarded contracts, our client is seeking an experienced Building Auditor with strong building knowledge to join their team.

Ideally you will:

• Be able to work independently and autonomously
• Work between multiple sites
• Be able to travel throughout the greater Sydney area.
• Have your own vehicle and driver's license

Your key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking on-site building condition assessments of commercial buildings
• Identify, report and label building fabric assets
• Work collaboratively to ensure accuracy and quality of work is maintained at all times

To be successful you will have the following:

• Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
• Previous experience with building fabric assessments and asset audits
• Good attention to detail
• Professional attitude and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Knowledge or exposure to mechanical/electrical assets will be favourable.
