Building Defects Consultants

The opportunity:
Boutique-friendly consultancy specialising in Remedial, Building Forensic, Structural, and IRATA Rope Access has several new opportunities due to continued growth.

• Building Consultant - Defects
• Senior Consultant - Defects
• Associate Director - Remedial - Strata
• Senior Facade Engineer

Typical day-to-day activities:

• Inspections/site visits
• Provide advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, and commercial and industrial enterprises.
• Technical due diligence reporting
• Condition and Building Defects audits
• Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
• Maintenance forecasts
• Project management
• Work autonomously
• Ability to travel in the local Sydney LGA's

Must have's:

• Friendly and personable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Able to travel locally
• Experience in Building defects, surveying, remediation, Facade, Forensic or Structural Engineering.
• DBP
• Aus Citizen/PR
