Qualifications & experience
- 8+ years minimum, working with AN/ANZ Standards and BCA.
- 5+ years minimum Revit knowledge
- Confidence with the ability to show initiative and be proactive.
- Sound structural knowledge and working drawing confidence.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Documentation and submissions (Residential BA).
- Client meetings and job site consultations.
- Liaise with the relevant council and other authorities.
- Provide Preliminary designs, Working Drawings for Residential Project homes, One-off designs, Renovations, Duplexes, and Multi-Residential.
- Ability to check own work and any drafting colleagues.
