Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor. The position will be responsible for the provision of Building Maintenance services to Council buildings, including supervision of contract Building Maintenance staff and contract cleaners.
You will hold a current Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline and have relevant maintenance management experience.
Key Requirements- Possess a Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline
- Training in Building Contract Management
- Possess competent quantity calculation and estimating skills
- Carpentry knowledge
- Advanced ability to accept authority and accountability
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- A current Class C NSW Driver's Licence

This position requires a pre employment health assessment which includes a functional, audio and drug & alcohol screen.
Salary: $1,363.36 to $1,432.38 per week + super
Position Status: Permanent Full-time
Hours of work: 35hours per week with an RDO every third week
