While we concentrate on pre-purchase inspections for property purchasers, we also offer new home staged construction inspections for clients wanting a double check on their builders quality and workmanship, further to this we also offer commercial services, heritage ages property inspections and industrial scope of works.
We are seeking a registered builder to join our team to be trained as a building and Pest Inspector.

About the role
- Inspections all over Perth, North to South
- Complete training including completion of building inspection and timber pest courses with our recommended Registered Training Organisation
- Undertake onsite inspections and prepare accurate and unbiased onsite reports utilising our software programme on your phone
- Submit reports to our clients within strict timeframes (immediately after each inspection)
- Communicate the findings with clients

Skills and experience
MUST HAVE:
- Current builder license (with clear history)
- Current driver's license (no restrictions)
- Computer and software skills
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Be healthy and fit
- Trustworthy, honest and reliable
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Neat and tidy appearance
- Great team player
PREFERABLE:
- Have experience as a pre-purchase building and Pest Inspector
- Hold a general and timber Pest Inspector’s license
