Building Supervisor/Assessor

As a result of an exciting growth opportunity in the company, we're recruiting a Supervisor / Assessor to join our dynamic team. The role can be based out of the Central Coast Region, and will be reporting to our Fortitude Valley HQ in Brisbane.

About the Role

As a Supervisor/ Assessor at ABC Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building repair projects across New South Wales. Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to);

• Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
• Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
• Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
• Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards
• Actively celebrating the success of our team!

To ensure your success you will possess the following;

• Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites
• Trade qualification
• Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
• Strong understanding of building regulations and codes and OHS standards
