Are you ready to play a crucial role in keeping our buses running on time? We are currently seeking a operation manager to join our team. In this dynamic position, you'll be the key player in coordinating resources, ensuring smooth operational movements, and maintaining optimal service levels.
The Opportunity:
As a operation manager, you will:
Coordinate operational movements of staff and vehicles in alignment with scheduled requirements, including shift changeovers, vehicle servicing, and providing effective cover for unexpected events.
Respond to unplanned situations by covering vacant shifts, allocating vehicles, and coordinating the bus yard runout.
Organize schedules for smooth vehicle and staff changeovers.
Communicate updates on any impacted services to clients.
Provide crucial support to frontline employees during incidents and emergencies.
Monitor operational changes and update information in relevant systems.
Report on daily operational performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Daily email management: Check and register orders.
Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and effectively manage unexpected situations.
Possess outstanding communication skills and a clear logical approach to problem-solving.
