About the role
As a Business Analyst at Youi, you will play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions through the effective use of Agile methodologies. Your main objective is to engage with cross-functional teams, which include Product Owners, Developers and Quality Assurance to analyse and articulate business requirements, facilitate transparent communication, and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
Your proficiency in Agile practices and analytical skills will play a crucial role in enhancing Youi’s capacity to adapt, innovate and provide significant value to our customers.

Key priorities:
Ensuring that the squads are set for success by identifying and defining needs, opportunities and recommending solutions by facilitating a collaborative approach to maximise the value delivered to our customers and stakeholders.
Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our strategic goals through high-quality, modern software solutions that empower our customers.
Work closely with the squad and other key stakeholders in productionising the solution.
Support the end-to-end agile delivery process from ideation to deployment.
Partner with the Agile Transformation Manager to evolve delivery processes focusing on sooner, safe, happier, and sustainable delivery.
About you
You will:
Hold a formal qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Satisfy ASIC's "Fit and Proper Person" Compliance criteria.
Demonstrate proven experience in Business Analyst roles, utilising agile methodologies (3+ years' experience is a general indicator).
Showcase your understanding of agile development methodologies and product management concepts, applying them in the dynamic realm of software development.
Possess expertise in analysing detailed business processes and formulating technology-based solutions.
Be passionate about developing customer-centric solutions, emphasising design principles and technology solution architecture.
Illustrate the ability to model data, create user stories and processes, implement process changes, and generate supporting documentation.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Excel in problem-solving and decision-making, addressing challenges with a strategic mindset that aligns technology delivery with business objectives, prioritising scalability, reliability, and high performance.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, compliance, and security standards in technology delivery to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of innovation and security.
