You’ll be working in a high performing, self-organising squad with creatives engineers and product owners with global ideas and experience. This squad looks after solutions that transform the way our customers will manage their money day-to-day, provide proactive insights and help people save for a goal like a home deposit faster. You’ll leverage data and automation to drive faster and more informed decision making, removing friction, and delivering a radically better customer experience.

What will your day look like?
Translating the vision into business/technical requirements that the squad can build, test & implement and iterate
Uncover dependencies and validate boundaries, sequence/mapping of user stories, acceptance criteria
Engaging with stakeholder groups to uncover and understand both their stated and unstated needs, ensuring that these are represented in the solution design
Ensuring solutions are elegant in their simplicity - this includes aligning with other squads on end-to-end customer journeys
Optimising workflow management to ensure traceability back to strategic alignment
Assist the team with work required for process and control obligations.

What will be in your toolkit?
Product development mindset - this role is more than requirements gathering, we’ll rely on you and your expertise on how to best arrange and improve how we work
Extensive experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence across multiple stakeholder groups
Business Analyst / Product development type background, delivering mobile applications on iOS and Android Or Web - understanding event based architecture will help
A desire to continuously learn new techniques and technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the team
You know how to respectfully challenge the status quo and always question, “is this feature in the best interest of the customer”.
