We drive growth for sports properties by delivering deeper connections with fans, through the intelligent use of data and technology.We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, , and UEFA – and have been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year on more than four occasions.A team of over 600 Two Circlers work from eight offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Miami, Paris, and Melbourne) servicing our expanding international client base.Data is at the centre of our approach - helping clients to get a better understanding of their customers and deliver insights that influence top-level decision-making. From there, we develop digital products and integrate data and technology solutions that grow audiences and revenue across ticketing, participation, sponsorship and media.As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our product team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Melbourne office. We are looking for a great communicator and collaborator with experience working in Agile teams to deliver world-class digital products for our sporting clients.You will be client facing and work as part of a cross functional team including designers, product managers, technologists and quality assurance engineers. The types of projects are varied, from websites and apps to marketing and data-focused products.You will typically work in one of two phases:- Discovery: helping our clients shape large digital products and technology projects, understanding the scope, technology and delivery approach, as well as the business case and rationale for investment. The nature of these projects varies significantly depending on the product, technology and client, but they always require a curious and diligent mindset, and a focus on ensuring we are bringing clarity to complex opportunities.- Delivery: working as part of a team to build and deploy products for our clients. In this type of project, you will typically be responsible for running workshops and creating documentation and user stories ready for development. You will also be working closely with the engineers and testers to ensure the work delivered aligns with expectations.This role requires an individual who brings energy, pragmatism and critical thinking to our clients, and you will also need to have a relentless focus on where client and customer value is. The role is hybrid remote, with two days per week in our office (located in Melbourne Central Tower) or at client offices desirable.We value curiosity, clarity and attention to detail as the core capabilities of all members of our BA team. A good level of experience in a business analysis role, with previous experience ideally in an agency/consulting context.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and directly with clients.
• Experience in utilising and implementing core digital technologies including CMS, CRM, VMS, data warehouse & middleware systems.
• A passion for digital products and technology, strong problem-solving skills with a flair for finding innovative solutions.
• Competent in utilising documentation and diagramming tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Lucidchart / VIsio.
• A working knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, and experience including specific accessibility requirements in user stories, would be beneficial.
• Experience in viewing, querying and analysing data using tools such as Azure Data Studio, Power BI and Postman.
• Ability to quickly break down big blocks of product and functionality into the required, outcome-based user stories.
• Ability to switch gears quickly as you continuously engage with business representatives, executives, project managers, designers, developers and QA resources.
• A curious and analytical mindset that makes you a great problem solver.
• A keen interest in sport or the sports business and real interest in the positive effects we have on our client’s businesses.
