About the Role
The Performance & Reporting team ensures the timely and accurate completion of all FM and contractual reporting and seamless administration support to associated service lines. As well as this, the team has oversight of a large and complex KPI regime and performs varied tasks that support the services understand and adhere to the regime.
The Business Analyst role is multi-purposed, as the skills will be utilised to meet deliverables that are within the remit of the Performance & Reporting team, as well as providing valuable input to projects for all FM operational services.
About You
To be successful on the role of Business Analyst you will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally. As the Business Analyst you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, you will thrive in a complex KPI driven environment as well as have the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will provide coaching and mentoring to the team, provide technical oversight and work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure that technical solutions adhere to the contract.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Relevant qualification and or experience in a related discipline or equivalent
- Exposure to Contract driven environment
- Intermediate Skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Practical experience working in SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI
- Understanding of Business Process Methodology (ITIL, ICIPS etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to act as a liaison between technical and operational teams.
